Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Welcome to our quiet little beachside community in Mattapoisett! The home is just a short 2-3 minute stroll to the association beach. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with space for up to 6 people. The home uses Fios internet for all of your streaming needs. Enjoy dinner on the back deck, a cozy fire, or a nice outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. We are a short ride to the Mattapoisett Rail Trail.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.
