This includes 1 Master Bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV along side 2 other spacious bedrooms with towels warmers in every room. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a working space island, BBQ grill, Patio set and a cozy front porch with 2 chairs and a love seat. *We include 5 beach passes with your booking*

The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The space is a clean, comfortable & private 2nd floor apartment with private entrance - top floor apartment of a 2- family house. Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/person/night. Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.
