Our attached home Annexe (small bungalow) was built to a high standard four years ago (2016) and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac located about 20 minutes walk from Kendal centre along the old canal cycle way. The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales.

Wander around the ancient castle, look for otters by the river or head off into the National Park to the tourists hotspots-there are frequent trains and buses nearby. Enjoy!

Kendal Castle minutes away, a nearby hotel offers pool and gym. Kendal hosts Brewery Arts Centre, one of leading arts centres in the UK. Parking is in front of the house. Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.

Although the house is very conveniently situated being only a 5 minute walk into the town centre it is also a very quiet location, a few minutes away you can find yourself at the highly acclaimed cultural venue the Brewery Arts Centre not to mention the rest of Kendal which hosts a fantastic array of unique cafes, bars,restaurants and shops

Lake District Holiday Caravan

Situated alongside our home in the Lake District National Park, we have a 4 berth static caravan. The caravan itself is modern, clean and well equipped. The location is an excellent base for the South Lakes (Kendal/Windermere), Ideally with your own transport as we are located in the countryside although it is on a regular bus route. No pets.
