Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Located on 1.6 acres of land, Heron’s Cove is the perfect place to unplug with access to Lake Champlain from the backyard down a tended path. Kayaks, a row boat, and life jacks are provided! 20 minutes from Plattsburgh NY and 1 1/2 hours from Montreal and Burlington VT. Please see "The space" and "other notes" for more details to see if Heron's Cove is right for you! *Please note this is a country home by the lake. There will be bugs and wildlife. Cute and quiet park model with plenty of room to move around inside. Beautiful kitchen and dining area with 2 bedrooms. Parking for up to 2 vehicles depending on size. Boats can be parked at bottom of small hill and charged there which is only steps away. Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment!

Relax at this serene house on Lake Champlain. Located off a quintessential Vermont dirt road you'll find beautiful western views of Pelots Bay. The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Wi-Fi connectivity has been upgraded. This is the place to be if you want really comfortable camping.
