Hihitahi Sea View apartment is located in Paihia, Bay of Islands, an area with stunning walks, mtb tracks and a great variety of other (water) activities to choose from. When arriving you'll find at the end of the driveway, a private apartment where you can imagine the rest of the world gone. Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.

The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

The Hibiscus Suite Paihia, unit by the sea!

Enjoy this beautiful one bedroom unit, (located below main residence), with stunning views over Paihia. Easy walk to beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Spacious living with queen sized bedroom, fold out sofa-bed in lounge sleeps four. Bathroom, laundry and outdoor area. TV with Freeview and CDs. Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or grab a meal at the Kerikeri Cruising Club which is just 5 mins away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and a safe swimming beach within a few minutes drive.

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
