We are located 1 mi from all the restaurants, shops and events downtown Frankenmuth has to offer! We offer a 6-person hot tub, 6 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 6 bikes, firepit, full indoor amenities, breakfast supplies, and patio furniture! This home is a destination to spend your hard-earned vacation time with your friends and family.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Viola's Place is a Vacation Rental in the City of Frankenmuth. Viola was our neighbor of 20 years and she moved out at the end of July of 2017. This home is a perfect place for two couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here!

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

The Historical Franklin House

The Historical Franklin House is located on Franklin St. - Frankenmuth's historical street. Only a short walk to downtown, you'll be within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shops and other world famous attractions. Drink coffee on the front porch and watch the horse-drawn carriages gallop by or spend a lazy afternoon in the large, bay-window living room overlooking Franklin St.

Saginaw Bay Tiny Getaway

Whether you're coming to town for business or pleasure, you're going to enjoy your visit to this cozy cottage nestled between Lake Huron and the Tobico Marsh. This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.
