An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
