The place consists of spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, very large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated on the second floor accessible by stairs, secured by separate entrance with intercom. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained. The apartment is very warm during winter with central heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well.
