Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Annexe to former Exmoor farmhouse, sleeps 16

Spacious annexe within a former Victorian farmhouse, ideal for large families and groups. Sleeps up to 16 adults comfortably, plus 3 children in fun triple bunk beds. Enjoy the newly added basement pub/games room, complete with a pool table, darts board, bar area (please note: no alcohol provided), and a jukebox for entertainment. We now welcome pets, but please be aware that the garden is not fully secure. There's a short, approximately 30-metre, walk from the car park to the annexe entrance.

Located close to the Two Moors Way long distance walk between Dartmoor and Exmoor, with the renowned Michelin-starred Masons Arms a stroll away. Easy access by road and train.

Private garden with space to park two cars.

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few mintues' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore beautiful scenery and wildlife by car, on foot, by bike or on horseback. There's free, off-street parking.

Luxurious get away for walking fishing relaxing

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
