A Beautiful Botanical Sanctuary Studio by the Sea

Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Cosy classic caravan in lovely Devon countryside

A great value, quirky and cheerful cosy nest of your own to retreat to when exploring the local nature, countryside and coast or as a convenient stopover when visiting Exeter or Cornwall. The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Duckaller Farm Static Caravan with Beautiful Views

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our static caravan is situated next to our farm house overlooking the rolling fields. It's an idyllic spot for a relaxing countryside weekend or a weeks family holiday. Duckaller is a working farm situated between the pretty town of Dawlish and the beautiful Haldon Hills. The caravan has outdoor seating out the front, lovely for enjoying on a summers evening. We have lots of parking and allocate a driveway space for your stay : )

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

A truly beautiful and spacious self-contained suite with superb 180 degree sea views, spectacularly located in a well-known artist's home on the cliffs immediately overlooking Dawlish's famous sea wall. Large open plan living area with dining/ lounge/bedroom in one stylish room. Separate kitchen. Luxury shower room. Close to town/station/beach/ parking. Easily reached from all over the Country by train if you don't want to drive - the station is only a few minutes' walk away.

Lovely converted barn set within a large working farm with animals. Nestling in a picturesque and sheltered peaceful valley setting, this delightful converted stables offers the perfect location for a family holiday. Snuggle up by the woodburner in the cosy lounge, or relax in hot tub after a day out, you can enjoy a 15 minute stroll to Dawlish with its beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. (Unfortunately the property is not suitable for single / mixed sex groups of more than 4)

Private Annexe & Patio with Parking

The Annexe is attached to an Edwardian House. It is a fully self-contained ground floor space comprising of a double bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a TV, DVD's, CD player and an outdoor space with a delightful gazebo and a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. It is ideally placed for the beach, Dartmoor, Jurassic Coast, SouthWest Coast Path and the Steam Service to Dartmouth.
