Comfortable, large single room in family home.

We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

Located in the picturesque village of Cramond in the north west outskirts of Edinburgh, near to the River Almond and the Cramond shore which are popular for walks. Nearby bustop, you will be in the city-centre in 30 minutes. Airport is about 15 minutes away by car/taxi or bus and tram. .

We are renting our entire flat whilst we are on holiday. Available for a couple of nights or for short term let. The double room has it's own private bathroom with overhead shower and bath. Our home is a ground floor maisonette with main door entrance, located just behind the sea, ideal for morning or evening walks.
