Country Cabin

Lovely private country setting, air conditioner. Listen to owls and coyotes at night, birds during the day. When it rains you can enjoy the sound on the metal roof. I only accept advance reservations of 2 nights or more. (You may reserve a single night booking within 5 days of request.) The space is for 2 adults but I'm flexible, so don't hesitate to ask. Seasonal/weekend rates may apply. I live on the property with my partner and the cabin would not otherwise be on the real estate market.

This is a private, clean, comfortable apartment with New pillow top mattress for 1 person with separate entrance in our new home. You will have the space to yourself. We are a mile from downtown near the bike path, the mill river, and Smith college. Private bathroom with a shower; kitchen basics: fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, pour over coffee. Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill.

Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

Forest Home with Sauna

Spacious country hideaway, this 3-bedrm, 3.5 bath house is nestled on 11 acres of forest. New sauna, dedicated workspace, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Relax by the blue stone fire place. Grill in the yard. Kids can jump on a trampoline, play boardgames, or Fussball. There is a gentle hiking trail just off the driveway. Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow near by offer top performances. Skiing/snowboarding in winter is near by. Summer lake swimming is 5 min away.
