Located at the base of Te Mata Peak, my Renovated, Roomy, Rural 1900's cottage is conveniently located within easy reach of wineries, beaches, walks/cycle tracks and 3kms from Havelock North CBD. The house surrounds are mostly peaceful and quiet. With an active array of wildlife frolicking in the orchard. Your stay is made more enjoyable with an espresso machine, a smart TV, pantry goodies, a wood fire, and yes, work spaces. Children are welcome, fur babies are welcome! (limit 2 dogs).

Relax in a peaceful property only a 15 min drive to Havelock North and Hastings, 20 mins to Napier. Enjoy bike trails, swimming, cafés, wineries, beach store, takeaways and walking all nearby.

Large shower room with laundry cupboard. Suitable for up to four adults, ideal for two couples or as a romantic weekend for two. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.

All day sunshine and a lovely place to relax in the evening out back on the deck.

You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Te Awanga Cottages - Moana

This delightful Cottage is situated in a picturesque Hawke's Bay rural coastal setting; featuring beach walks, cycle trails, wine tasting, golfing and alfresco dining, yet only a 15-20 minute scenic drive to the towns of Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. The Cottage offers self-contained accommodation for two persons, with options for a third person if required. Providing a private enclave from which to escape the city life in a tranquil rural environment.

The Shed@Longview

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.
