On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £30 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

Recently fully renovated, it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft studio bedroom, 1 public room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. We have a quiet, fully enclosed garden to the rear. The perfect hub, we are close to an hour's drive to Edinburgh or Glasgow and a half hour from Perth, the gateway to the Highlands.

Waterside - Broughty Ferry - House by the beach

WaterSide is a spacious 3 bedroom house in Broughty Ferry by the beach with private parking, located by the river Tay next to the Lifeboat station with spectacular views of the river. The center of Broughty Ferry with all its amenities is a few minutes walk away as is Broughty Ferry Castle and sandy beach. The Fishermans Pub and the Ship Inn are a minutes walk from the house. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.
