Eventide Cottage, Grade II Listed, Near Harbour

Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

In the beautiful fishing port of Brixham, Crooked Park is a self-contained suite of rooms boasting free parking for 3 cars. Only 10 minute walk to the harbour basin for pubs and restaurants. Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Panorama House has an elevated position, enjoying one of the most prominent locations in Brixham. A 5 minute walk down to the harbour takes you to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. The local beach next to the Breakwater with its award winning Bistro is a 10 minute walk around the harbour. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.
