Our suite features a 3-speed ceiling fan with dimmable overhead lighting, a kitchenette, a bidet toilet, an office nook, and more. While this space is most comfortable for 2 people, up to 2 additional people may be added to your reservation for a fee and we will provide an air mattress. Please note: our home shares a small mud room-style entrance with the guest suite, however the suite has a lock and is private with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. 1 bedroom apt. in historic building in town (1800's Firehouse). Newly remodeled for those looking for quaint getaway. Within sight of small park with gazebo, coffee shop (old Town hall), 1 block to local pizza shop. Just a short drive to Smyrna where you will find anything else you are needing. Central to the beach, the bay, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and so many small towns along the way. Anything you dont find in Smyrna we have Dover to the south or Middletown to the north.

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.
