Killington Skiing, Pico Peak, Sugar Bush, Mad River are all within distance. Killington is 14 miles away. Fall folliage is fabulous; kitchen well equipped; very light and lovingly cared for. Spring and summer are just as wonderful. I am walking distance to the White River where there is canoeing, tubing and swimming. Within walking distance is the Gaysville Campgrounds. Here you'll find river access to a fabulous swimming hole in the White River as well as trails to explore or walk your dog.

Nestled in the hills of Bethel, we live in an area rich with skilled farmers, shepherds, cheese makers, and artists. We make apple cider from our orchard, raise chickens, make maple syrup, and grow produce for our family. Our home is surrounded by far reaching views, big skies and lush countryside. Nothing fancy, just a cozy simple getaway. 3.25 mi from town. Choose from a variety of activities in town or hop on nearby trails. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.

In fall, the maples turn red, orange, and gold. We welcome people of all races/nationalities. We strive to accommodate people with disabilities. We love to host families with babies and young children.
