After your daily adventure, retreat to the large back deck and slip into a private 6-person hot tub with a glass of wine under the night sky. Guest Suite - Andover Village

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.

Cozy Post and Beam, New Hampton, one mile off 93

Beautiful, cozy, two-story post and beam private apartment at rear of historic home includes large southern exposure picture windows in living room and master bedroom, looking out on private woods and barn, as well as private porch entrance. One mile off I-93. Easy to Newfound Lake, Bristol, Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Plymouth, Ragged Mtn. Resort. TV in living room has Netflix and Sling. No smoking or vaping on property.
