The Retreat is separate from the main house (The Funk House) it is located in the back, on the top floor garage apartment. It has been completely renovated and furnished into a comfortable place to "Retreat".

Cute 2/1 cottage on the beach that is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to an uncrowded beach. At the base of the driveway is a 150m boardwalk thru the dunes to the beach. The cottage sits behind main house and shares an entrance walkway and driveway. Although it is beach side there is no oceanview from the cottage. There is a 3 day minimum, No smoking, and a strict 3 guest limit.
