We are close to many foothill attractions (historical museums/landmarks/boutique shopping/theaters/music) and wine tasting/culinary delights to please the foodies. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.
