This entire basin is a "no-wake" zone which allows safe swimming for the whole family. Enjoy fishing, search for turtles, or explore beyond the cove using the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards. Dock your own boat at the 24' aluminum dock.

Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

The cottage was completely remodeled in spring of 2018. It is one of 21 cottages built in 1920. The back of the cottage is a rolling meadow and woods. It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. Check out the Nubble Lighthouse, shop the outlets in Kittery or walk around Portsmouth NH. This tiny cabin is convenient to so much. Come rejuvenate!
