The spacious backyard is equipped with 113 jet hotub with a firepit and a relaxing waterfall. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer. Complete with 4 Tvs and a computer. The living room has a Nintendo Switch for family fun. Have both a charcoal and gas grills. The hot tub is running and the pool will be available in June.

Tucked upstairs in this century old home is a peaceful 2 bedroom apartment to relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of get away . Your apartment will have a private entrance and on street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outside eating on the shared deck. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. We hope that your stay will refresh and revive you!

Close to the University of Dayton, shops on Brown Street, Interstate 75, the Oregon District and Downtown Dayton. South Park is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Dayton. Walk or bike anywhere. The unit below is currently undergoing work, some noise is to be expected. Only during daytime hours :)

The extra large deck overlooks 60 Acres of a private wetland, pond, and fields you can fully enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. For groups larger than 10 people; Tent camping in the yard below the porch is available upon request.
