Escape to Trillium Cottage for your beach getaway! This darling, romantic cottage is ultra clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. With a peak of the ocean from the yard, don’t be surprised if you see deer meandering by. Relax and restore in our 2 person hot tub located in the backyard. It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Built in 1910 as summer cottages, this is a small, charming, rustic and historic bungalow right in the heart of the hip Nye Beach district. The bungalow is steps from the bluff that overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean! There are benches to watch the sunset and it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Modest but charming home located on the Oregon coast in the quaint village of Yachats, a 10 minute walk to the ocean. Near fishing, clamming, tide pools. Marvelous views. Seasonal outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi. Tennis courts, Pickle ball. Walk along the river to the sea. Relax on the deck, or sit on the window seat, read a book and enjoy the fire in the wood stove. The cottage has all modern conveniences: w/d, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, new heating system. Canoe for use in the river.

Seal Rock Perch Getaway

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

We warmly invite you to stay at our cozy seaside cottage in one of the most ideal locations along the Yachats oceanfront – just steps away from the northern end of the spectacular 804 Trail where it meets a seven mile stretch of sandy beach. Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

Cozy Coastal Gem!

We love our home and know you will as well. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. We have a Great Dane and know very well that you can't leave a family member at home. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.
