Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Castle Hill's Historic District! Our private studio apartment is located in our backyard, separated by a fence with private guest parking in front. We are located a few blocks from 6th and Lamar and just up the street from Clark's Oyster Bar, Rosie's, Swedish Hill, and Pecan Square. You can walk to almost anything you want to do in Austin from our studio or we are a short scooter, uber ride away. We look forward to hosting you!

The Lofty Lime Apartment

At the Lofty Lime Apartment you will find a cozy oasis to call your own during your time in Austin, TX. Located in the rolling hills of West Austin (at the border of Dripping Springs) you are in the brewery, winery, distillery, and wedding venue mecca of Texas. LLA is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment situated over our garage, which sits on approximately 1.5 acres and has its own private sidewalk and entrance. It's just right for a private weekend getaway or extended stay. We have a no pet policy.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Cozy Solarium

This cozy unit is flooded with light from five huge windows in an airy Victorian gazebo motif. Surrounded by the serenity of live oaks, you'll surely want to stay longer! And amenities! Only a short walk or drive away are our very own Starbucks, Planet Fitness, H E B grocery store, and great library. A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

First Floor Guest House I Hot Tub I Porch

Enjoy the forest views from the back porch and window bar. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Enjoy semi-covered parking, WiFi and access to hot tub and outdoor area. Apartment has a private patio/balcony and is located 1.3 miles from Boat Ramp #5 on Canyon Lake. Private entrance for guests and has onsite parking available for your water recreation vehicles. Enjoy the many options of Canyon Lake with a short drive to Gruene and Wimberley.

"The Treehouse"

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.
