Convenient to Fremantle (7km) and Perth CBD (14km) with a bus stop across the road and many riverside bike paths to explore. The comfortable space is private with separate bedroom,bathroom,kitchen/meals areas & everything for your stay.

It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.
