A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is big and spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The separate bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 mins (15 min walk) from Merewether beach and coffee shops, close to Glenrock lagoon and the Merewether ocean baths. Fantastic walking trails nearby.

The property is in a residential area there maybe unexpected noise from neighbours on rare occasions. Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
