The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

With gorgeous views of the city from the back, this apartment is only 4 minutes from the freeway and offers easy access to so many great local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. 2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
