Welcome to our beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian home. This is the birth place of the artist Sir William Nicholson. We are happy to show visitors around our lovely historic house. Your room is a comfortable double with private facilities, you can use the lounge and garden. We have off street parking with room for your car or larger vehicles if you are staying for business. We are very popular with the visiting Antique Traders to the Newark Fairs and shops. There is plenty to explore locally.

You’ll love this elegant, stylish B & B. Complimentary drinks and homemade bakes plus a delicious breakfast of choice, including award winning Redhill Farm sausages. The boutique style bedroom and en-suite is private and the rest of our home and gardens open to our Guests. Laughton has a Country pub and historic Church. The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

The Stables, Rural B+B, Nr A1/ShowGround

The Stables is a self contained en-suite bedroom above the tack room in our stable block in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. There is a TV, WiFi, small table and chairs so breakfast of cereal, croissants and coffee/ tea can be enjoyed in the room or weather permitting in our courtyard. Quaint and quirky in a quiet rural spot on the edge of an ancient monument, only 5 minutes from the A1 and Newark Showground, between Newark and Lincoln. Dogs by request extra £10/dog.

I live on the edge of the city . Only 25 minutes walk to the historic cathedral & castle quarter . Lots of places to explore & plenty of restaurants & bars to enjoy . We have the West common 5 minutes away ,which is a haven for wildlife. Great if you want a walk & some fresh air .Lincoln has two areas , the “Uphill” which is the old historic part & then the lower , more commercial area with shops , train & bus stations. I would provide breakfast of cereal/toast , tea & coffee.

Cosy Garden/Garage studio in Lincolnshire Wolds

A comfortable and relaxing bolt hole in the Lincolnshire wolds, ideally situated between Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby. Lovely walks on the doorstep along the Viking Way across the wolds. Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.

Idyllic Grade 2* listed rural limestone cottage in the grounds of a lodge to Burton Hall, set in 1.8 acres of mature woodland. Wood-burning stove and seasoned logs included; well equipped kitchen. Located close to the historic cathedral city of Lincoln and it's university and ten minutes drive from the Lincolnshire Showground.

The bungalow has had a full refurbishment recently and have had a new kitchen fitted. I do hope you find it comfortable. Please be aware that I have a cat 🐈 so if you do not like her or are allergic please do not stay. She does have access to all areas of the house except the guest bedroom
