Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

There is no TV set but the cottage has a TV licence for BBC IPlayer use.

Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 3 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers.

Bridge Street is full of lovely independent shops, bars and some of the best restaurants in town giving this street a real vibrancy. Guests will have access to the flat on the day of arrival using a key safe located outside the property.
