A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

This newly renovated carriage house is nestled in the Battenkill River Valley alongside a picturesque spring fed Marsh . The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home . Water occasionally has a sulfur smell but is safe to drink. Unfortunately this is just part of lake life.
