The Folly: A charming, secluded waterside cottage.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

This tiny holiday let is compact yet light and airy and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day taking in the scenery around the village. The wooden beams and whitewashed walls fill the space with character and although there is no mistaking Little Whitewell's history, the bright accessories, modern shower room and comfortable bed make a stay here a delight for any traveller in 2025. (not suitable for people with mobility issues or those who dislike small spaces).

The property is based on a farm on the outskirts of Hundleton. The barns have been developed for holiday/residential let’s, but some are still the existing buildings, which are a bit rustic! The property has been done out in a modern but countryside feel , naming the bedrooms with some of our local sights which are a must visit! The Barn Square Island, peaceful and pet friendly.

Square Island is a peaceful, rural location adjacent to a small farm. Pembroke town and several outstanding beaches are just a short drive away. We are close to the Coast Path and NCN cycle route 4, local pick up/drop off available on request. The Barn is a converted donkey stable, with traditional lime plaster walls and upcycled timber giving it a rustic feel. The courtyard is gated and secure for pets, perfect for drinks and BBQ in the summer.
