The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available. We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. The perfect home away from home, my apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Located in the heart of Finsbury Park yet on a peaceful no-through- traffic road. It's a 5 min walk to Finsbury Park Station with it's amazing transport links to the city centre and beyond. 2 stops (5 mins) to Kings Cross St Pancras, 10 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Covent Garden. The area has lots of friendly neighborhood cafes, bars, restaurants, parks and a farmers market to explore.

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. With it's exposed oak beams, log fireplace and hot tub, this is a special place to relax in comfort and unwind. We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks
