Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space. The open-plan studio has a king-size bed, TV with Netflix, free WIFI, heating & aircon, & stunning lake views. Your private deck has outdoor furniture & a gas BBQ. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooktop, airfryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster & coffee machine. We're a 10min walk to the river, cafes and shops & 15mins to the local surf beach. The Bellarine's many wineries, golf courses & dining options are all just a short drive away.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Conwy Cottage

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

Welcome to your pretty, private guest suite at the gateway to the Great Ocean Rd. Relax after a day at the beach in a warm, cosy master suite accessed through the front door. It’s locked off from the rest of the house. You’re just minutes from Whites Beach, the Sands golf course, a supermarket and central Torquay, which is brimming with new restaurants, shops and bars.
