Phaos located in Kyparissia, specifically in the port of Kyparissia. They have an amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. Each apartment unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a flat-screen smart TV in all the rooms and the living room, a private bathroom with shower and a seating area with a sofa, and air codition. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.
