O apartamento encontra-se num edifício centenário completamente renovado. A sua localização é excelente com os principais ícones da cidade ao redor. A 100m da Rua Santa Catarina, 400m da ponte Luis I, a 500m da Ribeira, 400m da Torre dos Clérigos. Junto à Praça dos Poveiros. A vista do apartamento é fantástica. Situado por cima da Estação de São Bento consegue ver toda a cidade histórica. O prédio possui elevador e o apartamento contém todos os elementos necessários para uma excelente estadia.

Luís, casa de banho, sala de estar e cozinha totalmente equipada. No terraço com vista sobre o Rio Douro e Centro Histórico do Porto poderá aproveitar o sol e a vista deslumbrante acompanhado de um cálice de vinho do Porto. Para apreciar e desfrutar de toda a vista e envolvente o alojamento não possui televisão por opção mas sim rede Wi-Fi.

Douro Terrace is a fully equipped and modernized apartment located in Vila de Nova de Gaia and blessed with privileged views over the Douro River and Porto City. This quiet and comfortable place has majestic views over the Douro River, Arrabida Bridge, Luis I Bridge, the Port Wine Cellars, and the entire old town of Porto. It’s easily accessible and it’s very centrally located, 1-minute walking to the Ribeira de Gaia and 2-minutes (just crossing the bridge) to the Ribeira do Porto.

This space has just been renovated and we have built a small kitchen where you can cook and make breakfast, including a small dining area. Relax in this unique and peaceful getaway, 1.8 km from the city centre of Porto, next to the Douro River and the Port Wine cellars. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while resting and relaxing in a forest. You can walk along the river to Porto, or you can stroll through the grounds of the house in a small private forest.
