Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Ett mysigt hus på 3 rum och kök som ligger precis vid en av Skellefteås finaste sandstränder, omslutet av en härlig skog. I huset finns en täljstenskamin och stora fönster mot havet, samt bekvämligheter såsom TV, Wifi, disk- och tvättmaskin samt ett välutrustat kök. På tomten finns även bastu, volleybollplan och grillplats som vi erbjuder våra gäster. En harmonisk och fin plats året runt! In our typically Swedish guest hut, you will find 30m2 of space in two rooms. In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. In our small kitchenette, which is very comfortably equipped and the practical small oven, you could easily prepare a delicious meal. The woodburning stove radiates the charm of hut romanticism and lets you relax in comforting warmth. There are several dogs in the area!
