Die ruhige Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Größe von 34 m². Der Balkon bietet weitere 7 m² und ist mit Schiebeelementen aus Glas verbaut. Diese lassen sich einfach verschieben und gewähren einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den hohen Sarstein und die vorbeifließende Traun. Weiters steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz mit Schrankenanlage zur Verfügung. Das Zentrum von Bad Aussee ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Damals als Kaiser und Kaiserin per Kutschen anreisten um der Städtischen Hitze zu entfliehen und im Salzkammergut die herrliche Sommerfrische zu genießen. Unser Sissi´s Paradies haben wir mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Teils originale alte Möble sowie auch der moderne Touch sind uns wichtig. Relaxing flat with garden in a Yellow Artist House

After using airbnb extensively I decided to make the ground floor available for mindful travellers. This is a 500+ year old house with original retro furniture and art works. The private kitchen is a little odd and frozen in the 60’s therefore not high tech but it is functional. There is a shower room and separate toilet for your sole use and a large shared garden ! No TV, good for tech detox! No smoking inside the house The tourist tax is 3.50 per person per night

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and shares the toilet in the anteroom with the 2nd apartment. The price includes the tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person/per night which is usually charged separately in other accommodations.
