Our quiet street is an easy 5-minute walk (0.2 mi) from downtown San Carlos with shops and literally dozens of restaurants.

This Casita (in-law unit) is a 250 sft independent unit that includes a full attached bathroom. It's in a quiet neighborhood of East Bay and is sparkling clean, bright and airy. It comes equipped with a brand new comfortable queen bed and mattress, TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave oven. In addition, there's a single hot plate electric stove to cook a quick meal.
