A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

På vårt ställe på norra Orust, nära Slussen har ni möjlighet att både ta det lugnt och umgås. Med minimal miljöpåverkan kan ni njuta av lata sommardagar eller mysiga vår- eller höstdagar i Lillstugan. Beroende på säsong kan ni plocka bär och svamp i de kringliggande skogsmarkerna. Lillstugan erbjuder glamping(snäppet lyxigare än att tälta) när det är som bäst.

Stugan på 32 kvm är totalrenoverad och bekväm för 2 personen (dubbelsäng), evt med 1 eller 2 (små) barn i sovsoffan, och är fullt utrustad. Beautiful apartment with sea view in wonderful Ammenäs just outside Uddevalla. It is a quiet residential area with a two-minute walk to the sea and barbecue area. About 15 min drive to shops and restaurants. The apartment is built on top of a garage with its own entrance. It is possible to borrow a kayak at no extra cost. During the summer season, you can also go on the popular archipelago boats to various places. Cleaning can be added for an additional charge.

The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
