Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Lamoine Modern

This modern house designed by award-winning architect Bruce Norelius and built by Peacock Builders is located in the woods of Lamoine but close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park for day and night excursions. Furnished with luxury appliances and supplies for your comfort and use, it is a short walk to quiet Lamoine Beach with views of Mount Desert Island and Frenchman Bay. Peaceful, modern retreat. New open apartment at the top of easy-access spiral stairs, private, and quiet located in the forest and a short walk to the sea. It features a balcony facing eastward, a queen size bed, and futon to sleep an additional two people. Also included is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, hot-plate, and microwave. There is a full bath with fresh towels, hot shower, and a dining area which includes a pine table with benches.
