Sunnyside 1, Is One of Two Cheery Beach side Terraces located in the Centre of town, We are located only 300 meters from the footbridge, and only a few minutes walk to Amazing Restaurant’s , Cafes, Mini Golf and all Lakes has to offer, We have off road parking, and we are directly opposite the bus stop. With a new kitchen and bathroom, eclectic decor and private outside entertaining area including a fire pit, and outdoor shower, you will have everything you need for a great getaway.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. There is no indoor dining/lounge area but has lovely enclosed dining space on the front deck with a BBQ. Hosts live at the back of the property with locked access so guests have full privacy.
