Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

This eclectic home features a large country kitchen with an outdoor deck. Within a mile is access to a nature center and long rail trail for biking/hiking. Only two miles from lake swimming and hiking in a State park and only 12 minutes drive to downtown Ithaca. Or head north and check out the many award winning wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries in the region, many of which feature great food and music. Many gorges, waterfalls and great hiking opportunities to enjoy in the region.

Kingtown by the Sea Returns! On top of South Hill & Downtown with a View of Cayuga Lake, resting on a Dead End Street. Private & Great for Family Gatherings and Parties. I love cooking-it is very easy to prepare large meals. My home is on a Very Quiet street Nestled in Nature & in DownTown Ithaca at the same time-the commons is three short blocks away. The South hill Recreation way is two blocks away as well as first Dam and Six Mile Creek. Plenty of free street parking & off street parking.

Sunny Side Yoga Garden (pink room)

This inspired home is in the heart of the finger lakes near spectacular waterfalls and the rich culture of a Trumansburg, NY. This lovingly restored 1800s home is centered within a beautiful garden and is heated by fire. The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. A long pergola walkway covered in lights adds to the view.

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp w/dry yurt on platform & a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor heated private shower & a port-a-potty.

This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen.
