Welcome to a newly renovated guest house located near the golf course and padelhall & close to everything that Österlen has to offer. 2km to the nearest train & bus station. 20 min to the nearest beach. The guest house offers a complete kitchen, livingroom/bedroom and separate bathroom. From the living room, you come directly out to the private deck, which has sun throughout the day. Grill available. On the golf course there is a restaurant that has both breakfast, lunch and evening service.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Välkommen att hyra vår fina lägenhet i annexet. Lägenheten är belägen i den gamla stallbyggnaden som tillhör ursprungsgården. Vi erbjuder ett modernt boende i renoverad lägenhet från 2017, med egen ingång. Upplev skönheten och ljuset på vackra Österlen. Gården är belägen i en lugn och trevlig del av Tomelilla, mitt på Österlen. Nära till tåg-busstation, ca 10 minuters gångväg. Närheten till naturen med naturreservatet Fyledalen en mil bort med en fantastisk natur och ett rikt djurliv.

Ferienwohnung - alte Tischlerei in ruhiger Lage

Hier im angrenzenden Seitenflügel des idyllischen, abgelegenen Hofes, nahe des Dorfes Skåne Tranås, befindet sich neben dem zu vermietenden Haupthaus, unsere zweite, kleinere Wohnung, die "Alte Tischlerei". Die Wohnung (ca. 40 qm) besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit 2 Betten und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Eine zusätzliche Matratze für z.B. ein Paar mit Kind, ist vorhanden. Der Raum wird mit einer Luft-Luft Wärmepumpe beheizt.

Gäststuga i vår lummiga trädgård med fruktträd, bärbuskar, katt, höns och tupp. Naturen in på knuten, vid Fyledalens naturreservat på gränsen till Österlen. 2 km till sommarlandet Tosselilla, 7 km till badsjö, 18 kilometer till Ystad och havet. Attefallshuset är litet men väl utrustat. Soffan omvandlas till dubbelsäng. Med extrasäng(ar) kan 4 bo här om man kan ha det lite trångt. Sänglinne, schampo, handdukar samt slutstädning kan fås mot avgift. Barnvänligt

Det lilla gårdshuset på Österlen

Utforska Sveriges Provence med utgångspunkt från detta pittoreska gårdshus, beläget i en lugn och trevlig del av Tomelilla, med närhet till alla bekvämligheter. Härifrån kan ni bila ner till Kåseberga, fortsätta österut mot äppelriket i Kivik, eller varför inte besöka Sandhammaren som med sin kritvita sand ständigt utses till en av landets bästa stränder. Österlens alla pärlor och smultronställen ligger för era fötter. Välkomna!

Du kommer att få en fin vistelse i detta bekväma boende. Nära Tosselilla (sommarland) 2 km cykelbana hela vägen. Cykelbana till Centrum och tågstation, friluftsbad, restauranger och shopping 15 min med bil till havet. 5-10 minuter med bil till fylledalen (naturreservat) 7 minuter med bil till Tomelilla golfbana. 300 m till dressincykling i vackra fylledalen 15 minuter med bil till ystad Tåg till köpenhamn 1 tim 20 min

Little House is renovated with ecological materials and located in a quiet village near Ystad, in-between two golf courses. Close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, art, nightlife. 5 km to beach/outdoor pool. Across the street there is a playground with swings, slides, trampoline and grill. Fishing license possible. Access to bicycles. Longer stay gives some discount, send inquiry.
