Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. We are positioned centrally between the North and South coasts of Cornwall approx 1 hr from Lands End. The perfect place to base yourself from & explore Cornwall

Delightful Shepherd's Hut near Portreath

Situated in a meadow on our smallholding, our Cornish built light and airy traditional Shepherd's Hut is perfect for a cosy getaway. Being only 2 1/2 miles from the beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan, it is ideally situated for exploring the north Cornish Coast. The shower room (which is shared if our Bell Tent, which sleeps two, is also occupied) is only a few yards away from the hut in our beautifully converted horse trailer. We are able to offer storage for surf boards, bikes etc.

The studio is located in our back garden on a quiet residential street, 5 minutes walk from the train station and town centre and only 10 mins drive from some of Cornwalls beautiful beaches.

Non Smoking Property Inside and Out. 2 Merritts Hill is an 1870 2 up 2 down Mining cottage in a residential terrace of 4. It is traditionally decorated in a basic style with low ceilings down stairs and open airy bedrooms upstairs. The compact bathroom is light and modern with a small bath/shower. We allow one well behaved pet unless other arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Allocated parking for 1 car is located at the corner of the meadow. Watergate Meadow (1/3 acre private area) includes an idyllic winding stream and seasonal flowers which can be enjoyed from the patio.
