The studio contains a modest living/dining area, efficiency kitchen, bathroom, a queen bed and futon sleeper. The studio is also equipped with AC, Wi-Fi and cleaning service three days per week.

Our community has a spectacular 1.75 mile beach that has 2 surf breaks: world renown "Colorado", right in front of our condo and "Panga Drops" which is a 10 minute walk down the beach. A 45 second walk from our patio takes you to the Beach Club which has a bar, pool and restaurant and is right in front of the Colorado break for great views of the surfing.
