We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.
