This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). There is a king size bed, WiFi & 43" Smart TV. Bedale is just 1.5 miles from J51 of the A1M, an ideal place to explore the Yorkshire Dales or Moors & break your UK journey North or South

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Fully enclosed (shared) garden, with bistro/ seating area. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

The Flat

This luxury loft style apartment has its own large indoor hot tub, pool table, 65"TV with sky UHD, Alexa with unlimited music, jukebox, super king bed and balcony with panoramic views of the valley. Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds- views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.
