This is a 2-bed flat which I m renting as an entire propertry when I am on holiday as I love travelling, so availability is limited. Please note that, as this is not a professional rental, you will be staying in someone's home. The flat is in a lovely, quiet street, very centrally located in Kingston upon Thames. Within 5 mins walk, there is river Thames and Surbiton train station which gets you to Waterloo London station in 20 mins. Easy access to central London, Heathrow/ Gatwick airports.

Situated close to the train line into central London, our lovely flat is above our pub and close to Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and Kingston upon Thames. Our pub sits half way down a quiet, residential street on the edge of the village of Thames Ditton. With 3 bedrooms, our flat is suitable for groups of up to 6 people, or families. Being above a pub, you can enjoy a meal and/or a drink downstairs. Sofa bed available on request.

The studio is a 10-minute walk away from Hinchley Wood Village. This includes Hinchley Wood train station where the journey to London Waterloo takes just 30 minutes. The K3 bus stop is a 5-minute walking distance from the studio, taking you directly into Kinston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Claygate and Esher. We are also a 10 minute drive to Hampton Court.

Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
