Heritage Queen at Kinloch Wilderness Retreat

Your room is part of a historic lodge nestled lakeside in nature with fantastic views. Our stunning area has many activities to offer including various hikes, kayaking, horse treks, ziplining and more. To relax there are lounges and a hot tub, great for stargazing! If you don't feel like cooking up a feast take a break and dine in our cozy restaurant. Please note that we're a 5hr drive from Milford Sound. Not suitable for children under 10. Please look at our wilderness rooms if with children.

Only 10mins south of Arthur's Pass Village, on SH73, the Ecolodge overlooks the expansive Waimakariri River and mountains of the National Park. Amuri Estate Lodge allows for a great get away. Three tastefully decorated comfortable rooms with joint, kitchen, dining and lounge facilities all warmed by a double sided schist gas fire and under floor heating. Our guest rooms have their own distinctive character and unique views. This room contains a super-king size bed with en-suite toilet and shower.
