Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

Fontwell racecourse is easy walking distance. West Dean College is a short drive away. The studio is within the family garage complex opposite the main property.

Electric Vehicle charging is available via a Podpoint with parking directly outside. Pets welcome.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. The Bothy at Days

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in a converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

Cosy cottage with vineyard view near Goodwood

Cosy 1 bedroom cottage located in Halnaker, near Goodwood, West Sussex. Perfect for a romantic break, the cottage has views over looking the local vineyard. Ideal base for exploring the Southdown National Park, Goodwood Estate and just a 10 minute drive to the cathedral city of Chichester. Arundel and Petworth are a short drive away. The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.

The cabin is located in the garden of our house, which is just a short walk to Chichester’s centre, with great shops, pubs and restaurants. The museum, galleries, cinemas and the famous Chichester Festival Theatre are all within walking distance. Further afield, Goodwood race course and motor circuit are just 10 minutes drive away, with the south downs and lovely walks close by. Sussex's beaches are also just a few miles down the road.

The Barn offers you a compact & comfortable retreat with outdoor seating area. Part of our private home in the pretty Sussex village of Oving, The Barn has its own independent access & facilities,. The Barn is conveniently located for a wide variety of local attractions from blue flag beaches to The South Downs & Goodwood, A knowledgeable & helpful, yet discrete, host is on hand to help you plan your visit.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
